Position Summary:

The Bilingual Business Development Specialist is responsible for finding new customers around targeted neighborhoods in Houston Metropolitan Area, identifying the right person, pitching our value proposition, and enrolling new professional landscapers on the spot and by the phone. This role will also cultivate relationships with our existing clients to grow their accounts. The BDE is responsible for updating information in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management System - Salesforce), providing stock availability, product substitutions, specials, and promotions available to the different customer segments.

You will focus in either the Houston Bingle or the Katy area.

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of outside sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred but not required
• Proficient in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships and achieving sales goals
• A go-getter, self-motivated, proactive, persistent individual with a high work ethic
• Eagerness to grow and the ability to work independently or with little supervision
• Superior communication and organization skills
• Likes nature, plants, trees, gardening, and design
• Quick learner, collaborative, innovative, and creative
• Solid outgoing personality with the ability to develop rapport and credibility with strangers
• Willing to spend 70% of the time on the road
• Must have own vehicle and a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
